New Client Packages
All new clients begin care at Naturopathic Nevada by enrolling in either Dr. Syd’s Core New Client Package, Dr. Holly’s Telehealth New Client Package or the 30 Day Wellness Reset. These programs include a curated series of naturopathic visits, food intolerance evaluations, nutrition consultations, and constitutional hydrotherapy sessions if in-state. Our packages are designed to create the structure, consistency, and level of commitment needed to support meaningful, lasting healing—because true results take time, guidance, and active participation.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your initial appointment and will be applied toward the total package cost. Full payment is due at your first visit if you would like to receive the package discount, and please note that no refunds are available once the program has begun.
Payment plans are available; however, participation in a payment plan forfeits package discounts.
Supplements, custom formulations, drainage remedies, homeopathics, and most lab work are not included in the package, as all recommendations are personalized to your specific needs. Most new client packages are completed within 4–6 months, but all services must be used within 12 months of purchase. After completing your package, you are welcome to continue care on an à la carte basis.

Care is provided exclusively via telehealth with Dr. Holly Castle over 4-6 months.

Booking & Payment:
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling either of the New Client Packages to hold your new client appointment. This deposit is applied toward your package total at the initial visit.
- A $175 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling the Detox Differently 21-Day Program. This deposit is applied toward your package total at the initial visit.
- Full payment for the package is due at the initial visit.
- There are no refunds once the programs are initiated.
This non-refundable deposit is secured over the phone when you book your appointment with one of our staff. This fee is transferable to another appointment date if you need to reschedule, as long as you give 48 business hours’ notice. We encourage you to ask our staff any additional questions you may have at the time of booking.
- After your package ends, you’re welcome to continue care on an à la carte basis with our team.
- All packages must be paid in full at the first visit and are non-refundable.
- Supplements, botanicals, drainage remedies, homeopathics and most labs are not included in package price, as they are all tailored to your unique needs.
- We’re happy to recommend labs you can request through your PCP at your initial visit—or you may access our discounted self-pay rates through LabCorp or Quest.
- At this time, our care is reserved for adults 18 and over, and we are not currently accepting oncology or eating disorder cases.
- We cannot accept health insurance at this time, as naturopathic care is not yet covered by insurance providers in Nevada. We’re hopeful this changes in the future and continue to advocate for broader access to natural medicine.
- New client packages are valid for 12 months, though most clients complete them within 4–6 months.
