You will receive our intake paperwork within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment. We encourage all of our clients to fill this out and return it at the start of their visit. If you are working with us virtually, you can mail, email or fax us your forms. We also encourage our new clients to bring in copies of their most recent labs and imaging reports. Our office can request these documents from your other providers, but the first visit will cover more ground the more information you can bring with you. Please also bring any medications or supplements you are actively taking to show the doctor.
Our standard first visit is a 90 minute comprehensive interview and exam. We do offer 60 minute focused intakes if you are being referred by another physician to discuss one main condition or concern.
We offer complimentary 15 minute “Discovery Calls” where you can speak with Dr. Syd one-on-one to ask basic questions about her practice and her methods of collaborating with clients. In fact, we highly encourage people to do this! You can book your complimentary Discovery Call for free HERE.
Licensed naturopathic doctors are currently unable to accept insurance including Medicare or Medicaid within the state of Nevada. Our office strives to offer incomparable care for cash pay clients both in state and out-of-state.
We have contracted with Cleveland Heart Labs to provide patients with heavily discounted cash price labs. All draws can be conveniently done at any Quest location.
We offer both in-person and tele-health visits (either by phone or Zoom). Dr. Syd prefers to see new clients in person whenever possible for their first visit and expects all patients to adhere to COVID guidelines.
We keep a fully-stocked dispensary on site with the highest quality supplements and botanical tinctures. We also offer online access to our dispensary through Wellevate. Clients may purchase and drop ship through our office or request an online account to reorder items as they need. Please note that all custom botanical tinctures must be ordered directly through our office.
