Dr. Sydney Freggiaro is presently only taking new clients who are committed to their wellness and are able to complete one of our new patient packages. In seven years of practice, she has found a combination of diet, functional lab testing and a series of in-person constitutional hydrotherapy sessions to be the most effective course in jump-starting her clients’ journeys towards health.
Dr. Holly Castle is providing all available naturopathic services listed below a-la-carte through telehealth Zoom or phone visits on Tuesdays.

PACKAGES
We highly encourage clients that are serious about reversing or preventing disease to take advantage of one of our packages when establishing care at our clinic. These help us provide streamlined services at a discounted rate. Dr. Syd offers these packages for both in-state and out-of-state clients. If you are interested in one of these options, you can enter into the program at your initial visit with Dr. Syd. All fees are due upfront, and there are no refunds once the program has been initiated. We highly encourage clients to complete their package of services within 3 months, but all packages are valid for up to 12 months.
QUESTIONS
Do you take insurance?
Naturopathic doctors are currently unable to accept insurance including Medicare or Medicaid within the state of Nevada. No insurance providers currently contract with Nevada-based naturopathic doctors. Some HSA/FSA accounts allow us to bill visits. It is up to you to determine if naturopathic services or supplements are covered by your HSA/FSA plan. We do not write letters of medical necessity, but we can provide you with receipts and superbills.
Can you run labs?
We have contracted with Cleveland Heart Labs to provide patients with heavily discounted cash price labs. All draws can be conveniently done at any Quest location. We also are able to provide established clients with lists of lab recommendations to be drawn through insurance at their primary care provider’s approval.
